Acting has always been in my blood but things got serious whilst performing at the Edinburgh festival as a teenager. I was bitten hard by the acting bug! That incredible, exciting, immersive month, surrounded by fellow actors, being on stage day in day out, convinced me to move to Edinburgh for university where I spent 4 amazing years treading the boards of Bedlam, our student-run theatre, Footlights, the musical theatre company and getting a Masters degree in History.
After a short stint in London, I headed to New York to train at the Lee Strasberg Institute where I spend two years in the conservatory program. Soon after graduating I joined the Mind The Gap theatre company and was always in one play or another.
New York is also where I shot my first film - on 35mm - which had it's premiere at Cannes. Since then I've worked on films which have screened around the world - Tribeca, Madrid, Brussels, Sitges & Mexico City to name a few.
I'm really busy in the voice over world these days. I really love to tell stories and have narrated many wonderful audiobooks, a couple of which have received Earphones Awards.
When I'm not on stage, set or in the booth, I'm with my beautiful children, enjoying the lovely things that California has to offer.
